Our team

Johnathan Constantine

Johnathan Constantine - My undergraduate study was in Human Movement Studies - Exercise Science, graduating with Honours. I then completed my Masters in Audiology Studies at the University of Queensland.

I am a Clinical Practitioner at Hearwell-Now providing audiological services and rehabilitation to clients. I recently joined the Hearwell-Now team from a large hearing service provider where I was awarded "Employee of the Year" for providing ongoing support and training to other practitioners nationwide within that company.

A favourite aspect of my job is being able to listen to a client's needs and then work with them to develop a solution to achieve the desired results. I really enjoy the very client focused attitude that we have at Hearwell-Now; being a smaller company means we can provide very personalised service. Hearing the success stories of our clients and seeing how their quality of life has improved through our service is always a highlight.

My interests away from work include music and singing, food and cooking, sport (basketball, fishing and surfing) and reefkeeping (saltwater tropical aquarium).

Tracey

Tracey Campbell - Working as an audiometrist gives me the opportunity to help people every day and it’s very rewarding to see the improvement in people’s ability to interact with those around them.

Communication is so important and anything that I can do to help people with this, whether it’s with the latest technology, or by sharing with them the simplest strategies they can use, gives me great satisfaction.

I love working with clients and have always believed that excellent customer service and providing ongoing support and encouragement is what sets us apart from our competitors.

Matthew Le Dilly

Matthew Le Dilly - Since graduating from a Master of Audiology Studies program at the University of Queensland in 2004, I have had experience in a variety of settings which have included both diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology. In late 2006 I was given the opportunity to specialise in rehabilitation and have been a keen member of the Hearwell-Now team ever since. I enjoy the work ethic and the flexibility I have within this team which allows us to offer personalised, quality care. I find this occupation to be both challenging and rewarding and enjoy the privilege of making a positive impact to the quality of life of my clients.

Away from audiology, I have a keen interest in music and previously completed a Bachelor of Music majoring on saxophone. My own appreciation for music is one motivation which helps drive me to assist others in rehabilitating their hearing.
