Are you concerned about your hearing?

If so take our short hearing questionnaire. Whilst this test is not a replacement for a professional evaluation it will give you an indication whether you should pursue further professional assistance.

  3. Do you have misunderstandings, or difficult situations with your spouse, friends or family because you thought they said one thing, and they say they said another?

  4. Do you have difficulty understanding on the phone?

     Yes    No

  5. Do you have difficulty hearing normal conversation in noisy backgrounds, such as a restaurant or a party?

  6. Do you have ringing in one or both ears?

     Yes    No

  7. Do you or have you worked in a noisy environment eg: factory, airport, military etc..?

  8. Do you have difficulty locating where sounds are coming from?
