Ordering Policy

When placing an order, it is the purchasers' responsibility to ensure that all details

conveyed in the order are correct and true. Groomer's Choice does not accept liability

for products sent with errors made by the ordering party. Full payment must be

received for all orders before any goods are dispatched.

Delivery Policy

Delivery and Handling Charges

Groomer's Choice delivers within both Australia and Globally. We use Australia

Post's postal network and various couriers for delivery of your order. All delivery

and handling charges are payable by the purchaser and are additional to the listed

price for each product on this website. We determine delivery charges based on

weight. We have included with all our product descriptions the weight which is

used to calculate your delivery charges. The weight listed is based on the net

weight or, the items cubic weight as applied by Australia Post, whichever is greater.

All delivery charges payable will be displayed for you at checkout time, prior to you

providing payment information. Should the delivery charges in any way be unclear

or not understood, please contact us at knsorder@tpg.com.au with your query.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are dispatched from Groomer's Choice from Wetherill Park, Sydney in

New South Wales. We endeavour to ship all orders within 4 (four) working days

of receiving cleared payment. If there are any delays (excluding public holidays),

which may extend the shipping lead time, we endeavour to notify you.

Once your order is dispatched, it normally takes 2-7 working days for you to receive.

Delivery time may also be affected by the size or complexity of your order, the delivery

location amp; our current workload. An estimate for delivery can be requested before

or after making an order. Groomer's Choice relies on Australia Post and couriers

for delivery and unfortunately delays may occur that are beyond our control.

We are not liable for delays whatsoever.

Method of Delivery

Groomer's Choice ships all orders via Australia Post's or Couriers. All items are

sent with a tracking number so that orders are able to be tracked.

We offer customers the following alternative delivery methods:

  • Postal insurance
  • Registered Post
  • Express Post

Customers are required to advise if they wish one of the above alternative

delivery methods at the time of purchase. A revised quote for delivery will

be issued, stating any change in delivery charges.

We highly recommend that orders be dispatched with insurance &

postal registration.

Should you live close by our base, you are welcome to arrange to pick-up

your order. There is of course no delivery charge for this. Please contact us

at the time of order to arrange a mutually suitable time for pick up of your order.

Problems or Queries with Orders Received

Groomer's Choice asks that our customers check their entire order at the

time of delivery. If there are any problems or concerns with your order, please

contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Returns & Refund Policy

Products are non-returnable unless there is a known manufacturing fault

or defect.

 
NON-DEFECTIVE/NEW ITEMS

We do not accept returns of opened items. We may offer you a refund,

exchange or credit note for the amount of the merchandise, not including

original shipping, if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

This is limited to unopened items in their original packaging returned

within (14) fourteen days of notification of postage to you.

All returns require prior authorisation by Groomer's Choice. Please fill out our

Request for Refund form to obtain Return Authorisation Number (RAN) or email

Customer Service. Any item returned without an Authorisation Number will be

returned to customers at customer's expense.

All items returned for a refund are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.

RAN numbers are valid for a period of (28) twenty-eight days only.

After (28) twenty-eight days, a RAN number will automatically delete from our

system. Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

Returns will be credited at the price paid on invoice, less any re-stocking fee and postage

incurred. Merchandise not in the original packaging, showing signs of use, misuse or

consumer abuse, will not be accepted for return credit. Credit will be issued within

2 business days upon receipt of mechandise by Groomer's Choice.

Sale of clearance items are final. Only defective clearance items may be returned for

refund, credit note or exchange.

All clippers, electronic fences and barking collars have a 12 month warranty against

manufacturing faults only.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Defective products must be returned to Groomer's Choice within (14) fourteen days

of the delivery date to be eligible for exchange or refund. We will issue a full refund

or exchange of item. Please include a detailed written description of the defect

and how to replicate the problem. Merchandise will be inspected upon arrival to

our facility. Merchandise inspected and found to be non-defective will be subject

to a 20% re-stocking fee. Additional fees may be assessed for missing factory

hardware and packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable.

For products that cannot be repaired or replaced due to unavailability, a similar

product or full refund will be offered (excluding freight costs).

Items defective due to a manufacturing outside of the (14) fourteen day return

period will need to be returned to the item manufacturer/importer under warranty.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT
  1. You must contact Groomer's Choice at knsorder@tpg.com.au prior to
  2. returning any products. We will evaluate your return request and record
  3. all the necessary product return information. If it is deemed to be a
  4. manufacturing fault, we will issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).
  5. You will also be provided with address details of where to send your return.
  6. You should not send your item without a "RAN".
  7. Send your item, in its original packaging or in a re-saleable condition, to
  8. the return address provided with your RAN clearly displayed on & inside
  9. the return packaging. Any freight costs incurred are at the customer's expense.
  10. As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be forwarded.

Important:
  • The return must be received by Groomer's Choice within (14) fourteen days of
  • the Return Authorisation Number (RAN) being issued.
  • If the item is to be replaced, the replacement product will only be forwarded after
  • the faulty item has been received by Groomer's Choice.
  • All returns must have an RAN Number.
  • Products that are returned to Groomer's Choice without an RAN will be returned
  • to sender.
  • There is no refund on delivery charges. The cost of any associated return delivery is
  • at the customer's expense.

PACKAGING RETURNS

When returning merchandise, all items should include all factory packaging and

accessories in its original carton with all UPC and Bar Codes intact. Items returned

incomplete will receive a reduced credit reflecting any missing accessories. All

merchandise must be shipped freight prepaid by the customer and double boxed

with the RAN number displayed on the outside of the shipping box with no writing

on the manufacturer's box. For your protection, We recommend our customers

use a form of trackable delivery (tracking number or delivery confirmation). Also

when returning an item, it is a good idea to insure the package, we can't be

responsible for lost packages.. Please return ONLY those products AUTHORIZED for return.

DO NOT send EXTRA products or products NOT-AUTHORIZED Any item returned

without an Authorization Number will be returned to customers at customer's expense.
